Favorite Fall Recipes
Kaylyn here- All things fall food related is coming your way! Fall everything is just the best… fashion, food, coffee, candles, décor, weather… I could go on and on! I truly enjoy baking, especially when the weather is cooler. Do you have a favorite recipe that you only make during the fall time?

One of my ALL time favorite fall recipes to bake is pumpkin chocolate chip muffins. It is the perfect treat even for toddlers! My 2 year old devoured his in 5 minutes! You have got to try this recipe for yourself! I will share the recipe with you below! Comment below if you tried it & let me know how you liked them!
INGREDIENTS
1 3/4 cup flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/4 cup sour cream
1 cup pumpkin puree
1 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375°
Combine flour, cinnamon, pumpkin pie spice, salt, baking powder & baking soda
In a separate bowl combine brown sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla & mix at a low speed
Add in sour cream & pumpkin
Add in half of the dry ingredients & mix, then add the other half (be careful not to overmix)
Lastly add in the chocolate chips
Bake for 17-20 mins

Caroline here- though I probably don’t need an intro since this one is called the “lazy” mom’s guide to muffins. But for real- if you need fall fast, this is it!
And it is all 4 kids approved!
You literally, pour and mix. It is that simple. Follow the directions on the cake box for cupcakes.
